Rabbit & Alyss' Bedroom (of love)

Welcome to the room of organized chaos.
Alyss and Rabbit share one of the larger rooms in the Victorian-style Walter house - being the oldest son it is obviously the robot's right to take the second-best room in the house - on the second floor, right next to Peter's room.
The room itself never looks quite as nice as depicted in the picture because Rabbit is a slightly messy individual and Alyss doesn't mind his untidiness in the slightest. Which means there is no one to really clean it. Though most of their clothes make it to be neatly hung away in the closet, there will always be at least one or two various pairs of boots and gloves left laying around, a belt here or there, and the woman's collection of stuffed animals all over.
..And really, knowing them, that chandelier probably makes as an impromptu hanger at various points as well.
There is a nice window seat for Alyss to sit in and enjoy the sunshine on days with good weather or simply to listen to Rabbit yap on forever like he does, and Lil' Bunny's cardboard box bed is perched there usually too.
Both the robot and his lady can usually be found outside of their room, enjoying the family's company or simply out on the town, but they can be caught there in the mornings or late evenings generally, unless Rabbit is being a grump and sneaking off to hide elsewhere for a few hours or Alyss has disappeared from the grounds completely to do her own thing.
Current Pet Count: Mocha Road, Lil' Bunny, TomatoSoup, Macaroni, Cheese, BananaBread, TunaMelt, Captain QuackBeard, Fuzzybuttkins, and Bob.
We aren't bad people or anything
But finally, there had been a small opening of normalcy within their lives. Just peaceful rest to recover within. With Pappy back to health and things settled down to what the Walters could consider normal, life was returning to what it had been. Back to busking, back to mindless bickering, back to family mealtimes.
Yes, it was good. Things would be okay. For the most part.
As understanding as she may have been, Rabbit did feel somewhat bad for how his attention had been anywhere but on Alyss as of late, not with how he'd been hovering over his returned father as he had been the last week. Which was precisely why the 'bot had a small surprise hidden behind his back when he'd returned from a long day of music in the park today, stepping into their shared bedroom and nudging the door closed with his foot.
Nope not bad people at all
Who knows what she had been doing, other than likely talking to it as she may have occasionally done with the toaster while making toast. She peered at Rabbit, head tilted.
"Have a good day?" This was completely normal.
no subject
"Shore shore, r-r-real nice, I 'spose, b-but just had you on th' mind for th' most part." Yep, hands still behind his back, not being obvious or anything. "C'mere for a sec. Got somethin' for ya."
no subject
Rocking back onto her heels, smiling as she still peered up at him, "Do you now? What is it?"
no subject
She may have understood, but that didn't mean he appreciated it any less.
no subject
"A good first," hummed with a sweet mumble of it.
no subject
Finally breaking away enough to give Alyss one of those charming, too sweet grins of his as a new rabbit plush was pushed into her sight. It was much more pleasant in appearance compared to that other one she owned, complete with a fancy top hat perched atop it's cute head.
"T' add t' yer growin' collection o' rabbits."
no subject
"It's adorable," Taking that rabbit from his hands, laughing a little as she tapped that little fancy hat to feel a little over the material, "Fit in quite nicely, too." Abyss rabbit only cried blood at you once, Rabbit.
Of course it had a habit of being on his chest when he did sleep and woke up.
no subject
As Alyss allowed her attention to drift to the new rabbit in her hands, Rabbit's hands settled loosely on her hips as he waited and watched, glad to see his gift was appreciated. "Shore will! All dressed up an' ready for a tea party! Anytime ya w-w-want one."
no subject
The rabbit was let go of, letting it float to the side, arms going around Rabbit as Alyss pressed the side of her head against his chest while giving him a firm hug. Half in thanks, and half because she just wanted to be close to him, "A wonderful addition, yes."
no subject
Ignoring that, Rabbit was all too pleased to slip arms around the smaller form, dragging her in close, a press of warm, metal lips to the top of her head as his fingers delicately glided across her slim back. "J-just tryin' t' make ya happy, baby..." Cause even if it was something pretty new to him, this ongoing relationship with an actual person, Rabbit delighted in that feeling of making another person he cared for so very happy.
no subject
"You always make me happy, Rabbit dear," trying was only the half of it. Alyss was happy when he was simply there, "Thank you."
no subject
Fingers continued in their gentle, curious caresses across the woman's back, drifting to her sides, fluttering across those slim hips. "I'm g-glad, Alice," with another gentle draw closer to him, a peculiar look dancing across his copper expression. "Real glad," just a touch of a pleased note in that tone, the 'bot's mind obviously drifting to other places.
With all that he'd been busy with and attempting to keep a handle on emotionally, certain activities had been pushed aside and forgotten. But now that things were back to normal...
A gentle, testing squeeze at her waist, head tilting coyly to the side, watching the woman with his own set of glowing eyes.
no subject
Oh dear.
no subject
Completely on accident, of course. Didn't want that thing watching.
"Th' real gladest." What? It could be a word.
no subject
Fingers caught into the front of Rabbit's clothing when she was set down, leaning forwards as she pressed a kiss just to the side of his lips, "Let's see if we can make you real gladder." That could be a word, too.
Well, at least it wasn't a mystery as to how they stuck together for so long?
no subject
Yep, no mystery there.
"L-lay d-down, get cozy, an' l-let yer Rabbit s-st-" A quick, unexpected pull away from the woman as the automaton's head snapped to the side with a loud, almost violent-sounding CRACK, Rabbit's grip loosening on Alyss as he reached up to straighten himself out, puffing a breath of steam into the air. "S-sorry..."
no subject
Alyss reached out after scooting closer as fingers brushed over metal, tugging a bit of clothing away as she actually went about helping Rabbit straighten himself out with a little hum, "You've been rather stressed out lately, hm? I'm not surprised if you glitch a little more than normal."
When did she learn that?
no subject
"When did ya l-learn t' do that?" Cause despite the wide range of their conversations, the millions of things they conversed about together, Rabbit had never talked about his inner workings or what made him tick and work properly. That just hadn't exactly seemed like something that would interest either of them.
Just what. Baby, how are you magic.
A particular peer over at the woman. Despite the surprise, Rabbit has to admit he was curious. "I m-m-mmm-mean yeah, it's been a really long w-week..."
no subject
Rabbit, Rabbit. What does this mean, what does it even mean?
Her hand moved away from inner workings then, trailing along the automaton's neck and just along his jaw, leaning up with a beif peck of a kiss placed against his lips-
"Maybe we should see if I could help a little with that?" What was she offering. Rabbit, what was going on?
no subject
"Uh, s-s-shore-" Reaching up to remove the rest of his shirt, to shimmy those high-waisted pants down, just to give the woman room to do whatever it was she was plotting, Rabbit simply unable to take his optics off of her as that shirt fell away. "Just d-don't hurt yerself." Or him, please.
But he was too damn curious to see where this was going to say no.
no subject
"I'll be careful, promise." She wouldn't say it was rather difficult to actually hurt her, since she sort of felt pain differently than anything remotely considered human. He was also someone she had always been careful with, never quite sure if any sort of fit she had could harm him as it did other things around her, it was one reason she left the house when she felt control over herself slipping-
Fingers moved over his chest slowly, once it was exposed, tracing along as she touched over seams. It almost looked as if she knew exactly what she was doing, even if she was more or less testing things.
no subject
But the 'bot was unusually silent for the moment, simply giving Alyss the room to slide those warm, fleshy fingers of hers over his aged body, a small huff of steam rising from his vents at that first though, a quirk at his brow. That...That did seem like she knew what she was doing to get his motor running.
Where the hell had she learned that?
no subject
She was always the sort to explore things through touch, leaning a little closer as she went.
It was funny in a way, how much more of a danger she could actually pose to the automaton she held so dear. Always careful when it came to what made her not human; those strange reality warping powers of hers. That was only at the back of her mind at the moment, however, instead all of her focus on Rabbit as she 'worked.'
Surprise?
no subject
As those delicate hands drifted expertly over his aged plating, there was a soft noise of approval, a low moan slipping from that vocalizer, Rabbit resting one of his hands against Alyss' waist, giving one encouraging squeeze there.
"Ya d-done this before?" A tease, even as breathlessly as it was spoken. Considering her amazement in seeing him the first time and the loneliness she endured in the Abyss, it was highly unlikely Alyss had experience with any robots before him.
