Rabbit & Alyss' Bedroom (of love)

Welcome to the room of organized chaos.
Alyss and Rabbit share one of the larger rooms in the Victorian-style Walter house - being the oldest son it is obviously the robot's right to take the second-best room in the house - on the second floor, right next to Peter's room.
The room itself never looks quite as nice as depicted in the picture because Rabbit is a slightly messy individual and Alyss doesn't mind his untidiness in the slightest. Which means there is no one to really clean it. Though most of their clothes make it to be neatly hung away in the closet, there will always be at least one or two various pairs of boots and gloves left laying around, a belt here or there, and the woman's collection of stuffed animals all over.
..And really, knowing them, that chandelier probably makes as an impromptu hanger at various points as well.
There is a nice window seat for Alyss to sit in and enjoy the sunshine on days with good weather or simply to listen to Rabbit yap on forever like he does, and Lil' Bunny's cardboard box bed is perched there usually too.
Both the robot and his lady can usually be found outside of their room, enjoying the family's company or simply out on the town, but they can be caught there in the mornings or late evenings generally, unless Rabbit is being a grump and sneaking off to hide elsewhere for a few hours or Alyss has disappeared from the grounds completely to do her own thing.
Current Pet Count: Mocha Road, Lil' Bunny, TomatoSoup, Macaroni, Cheese, BananaBread, TunaMelt, Captain QuackBeard, Fuzzybuttkins, and Bob.
BECAUSE WHY NOT idk started something
After she had stepped back, allowing him the time to see his brothers. They needed him, had been in grieving the week he was gone, perhaps worse once he had been set in the ground. Alyss had busied herself, along with Deliah, to try and keep things going in some way; keeping the brothers watered and all of that. Anything to do something more than sit around and do nothing.
Now? Now she was sitting in the living room quietly, lounged on one of the couches with Lil Bunny fast asleep in a makeshift bed on the nearby table. The house wasn't so dead quiet anymore, at least.

Human Week
Only a few days back from the grave and already the 'bot could tell something was wrong in the city when he'd gone out with Alyss for their private celebration of his return, even more so than it had been before his death. Ever since the destruction of that boarding house (not his fault!), the city had appeared to have been going a bit haywire around them, the residents stranger than ever. There was only so much that Rabbit could ignore or brush off as nothing around him before he finally began to notice.
And it was starting to get a little freaky out there.
But it wasn't until he woke one morning, snuggled up in a nest of warm blankets and sheets with Alyss, his mismatched eyes blinking awake, fingers curling tenderly across her delicate, bare skin-
Rabbit's hand recoiled in an instant at that shock of simple feeling to the tingling nerves in his fingers - fingers?! The 'bot gaped openly down at the fleshy hand that was there in place of the curved, sharp metal digits he was so used to seeing. A pause, the 'bot-turned-man not even breathing as he manipulated those slim fingers into movement. He curled his hand into a fist and immediately yelped at the sensation and vague realization, pitching backwards off the bed, dragging some of the blankets twisted around his body along with him.

"W-w-what was that all about?"
Because really, despite how quickly she'd changed tunes the moment he'd stepped onto the scene, Rabbit had seen how strangely Alyss had been reacting to the man, hugging him one moment, slim fingers lacing threateningly into his clothes the next.

We aren't bad people or anything
But finally, there had been a small opening of normalcy within their lives. Just peaceful rest to recover within. With Pappy back to health and things settled down to what the Walters could consider normal, life was returning to what it had been. Back to busking, back to mindless bickering, back to family mealtimes.
Yes, it was good. Things would be okay. For the most part.
As understanding as she may have been, Rabbit did feel somewhat bad for how his attention had been anywhere but on Alyss as of late, not with how he'd been hovering over his returned father as he had been the last week. Which was precisely why the 'bot had a small surprise hidden behind his back when he'd returned from a long day of music in the park today, stepping into their shared bedroom and nudging the door closed with his foot.
Nope not bad people at all

At least she's looking quite a bit better than she did when she was first brought home, though with all the running around she's doing rather than resting, she's looking a bit paler than she should.

And Rabbit himself? Not asleep, no, but stretched out there comfortably on the bed, skinny arms tucked behind his head and the shutters of his usually bright photo-receptors closed, a hiss of hot steam trailing upwards into the air from a crooked mouth. Just relaxing, unwinding after whatever it was that automaton's got tense from.

[At dat boarding house, yo]
And it seemed like the building was ready for their arrival as well, old rooms spruced up to fit the vastly expanded family, new beds and pillows and whatever else was needed, simply already being right there, ready to be used. A quick peek into Rabbit's old bedroom had been all he'd needed before the 'bot was loyally trailing after his girlfriend to her old room instead. There wasn't any need for him to stick with his brothers in that crowded room if he could just curl up with Alyss instead, right?
But what a shock it had been to open the door and see the whole thing and been remodeled. And how!
"W-whoa! Looks like yer room got all fixed up in yer absence, babe."
